Delmege Soya Meat – Curry Flavour is a plant-based meat alternative made from textured soy protein, seasoned with a blend of aromatic spices typical of Sri Lankan curries. Ingredients:
  • Defatted soy flour

  • Coriander

  • Chilli

  • Cumin seed

  • Fennel seed

  • Garlic

  • Monosodium glutamate (E621)

  • Cinnamon

  • Mustard

  • Fenugreek seeds

  • Pandan leaves

  • Curry leaves

  • Lemongrass

Contains soy and mustard.

Typical Uses:
  • Soak in hot water for 10–15 minutes, then drain

  • Add to curries, stir-fries, or stews

  • Works well in wraps, sandwiches, or as a salad topping

  • Pairs excellently with rice, roti, or noodles

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Soak the soy pieces in hot water until softened, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
