Delmege Soya Meat Curry Flavour 90g
Ingredients:
Defatted soy flour
Coriander
Chilli
Cumin seed
Fennel seed
Garlic
Monosodium glutamate (E621)
Cinnamon
Mustard
Fenugreek seeds
Pandan leaves
Curry leaves
Lemongrass
Typical Uses:
Soak in hot water for 10–15 minutes, then drain
Add to curries, stir-fries, or stews
Works well in wraps, sandwiches, or as a salad topping
Pairs excellently with rice, roti, or noodles
Preparation Instructions:
Soak the soy pieces in hot water until softened, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, ginger, and other desired vegetables.
Add the soaked soy pieces and cook for a few minutes.
Add your choice of curry powder, salt, and water or coconut milk.
Simmer until the desired consistency is achieved.
Serve hot with your preferred accompaniment.
